Improving the Playground

Our long term project is to improve our playground.  So far we have added new equipment for all children to access including:

• small balls for the bats
• big skipping rope
• bowling sets
• dice
• 'grass' for the football area
• role play costumes
• small world toys
• basketball for the net.

We have also trained some Year 2 'Play Leaders' who are able to lead games at playtime and lunchtime, as well as introducing 'Mini Rangers' in Year 1 and Reception.
